A lot of the granola bars you see in stores today are packed with high amounts of sugar, which is not healthy. There’s no denying that these granola bars are nutritious and may aid in muscle strengthening, but they aren’t ideal if you’re trying to lose weight. You might get a decent amount of protein, but the sugar content makes it worse.
